Hi Folks (Esteemed Suppliers and Forum Members):

As you know, we will host an inaugural Florida/Georgia Pen on February 27th and 28th of 2016. To date, at least 30 individuals committed to attend.

If your business sense, heart, etc. inspires you to do so, please send me a PM with a description of your donation. Donor's business and/or names; and website URLs will be listed on the website as supporters. Winners' names, what they won, and donors name will also be published after the event. If you would like your donation to appear upon your commitment, we can also arrange that on the website.

Florida/Georgia Penturner's Gathering

I do plan to ask the folks at PSI, CSUSA, Bear Tooth Woods, Berea, Rikon Jet, Shop Fox, Makita, etc. if they desire to donate.

Anything from supplies to kits, blanks to gifts cards, coupons codes -i.e. 20% off, free delivery, Rhodia paper, boxes, pouches, refills, etc. will be cheerfully accepted.

We do understand that IAP members receive significant discounts, and donations to other IAP events all year. As I mentioned above, only you know what is right for your business, personal desire to donate, etc. - there's no shame in forgoing an event (Believe it or not I was quite a successful salesperson 30 years ago . I just don't believe in hammering folks for donations/money.)

For some of the smaller and custom shops, this may be a good opportunity to donate one or two of your custom blanks that others have been reluctant to try. Current members who have "outgrown" their 7 mm kits make a great donation to someone who has never tried one.

I also know that some suppliers have already made commitments to Michelle (Lady Cop).

I will like to donate a $25 gift card to the winners IAP vendor of choice (including Berea, DTW, WW, etc.).

I am highly appreciative of just the fact that you all took the time to read this. I hope my request makes all comfortable with their decision to donate or not.

Best to all and much peace.
