first lidded bowl

Just finished this bowl made from box elder and bubinga. It is 6"dia. and 4.5" high. I've made a few bols but this is the first lidded one for me.

That looks great. I've made a couple of boxes. Never thought to make a lidded bowl. I love the combination of woods. The finish is very nice, what did you use to finish the bowl with?

sanded 100 thru 400 grit and 2 coats deft brush on lacquer, thank for the compliments.
