First lazer cut kit

This is the first lazer cut blank kit I ever done. Did not turn with lathe tools used files instead then sanded.

Files sound like they would be harder on the wood than scraping... But hey, it worked!

I love this one (great looking kit, too), I did one for one of my brothers who's a diesel mechanic.
I gave mine a CA bath and a 250 grit rubdown if I remember right.
