First batch of bow bread knives I've made. Just finished the 2nd coat of poly. Planning on attaching the blades later this week.
First 3 are paduk, then 1 olive wood, 4 myrtle wood, 3 ash, and 3 mahogany.
A big thanks to Mark Mayo for the pattern and showing how to mount the blade (we'll see how well that goes later this week).

That is an impressive collection of bread knife handles.... I don't do too much with things that are sharp like those knife blades... I cut myself and bleed into my work enough as it is.... if there's no blood on the work, it's a good chance it's not mine.
