These are the first acrylic pens I have ever turned. I painted the tubes and blank white, turned to "cross" slimline style MM through all grits and then psi plastic polish. The purple one centerband is not squared have to work on that. Tried to use the pen mill in reverse with a piece of sand paper adheard to the back but it seemed to only sand the acrylic not the tube.
The pink one came out much better used the same pen mill. Considering ordering the pen sander from someone on this site. Think it probably is worth the 25 bucks instead of screwing around with the pen mill.
