First "Accent" Band

And by "accent" I mean oops band.

After pressing the pen together I found out that the tube was trimmed too short... I also learned that Compson kits can't be disassembled without ruining the kit.

I was able to put the blank back on the lathe, cut a little off each end, then added some African Blackwood to accent and extend the tube. I believe the burl is Cherry.

Very nicely done, and you will learn that all issues with a product are a Design Modification, not an OOP's as WoodChipper stated unless of course, you don't learn from you MODIFICATIONS.
