Finally Got a Shop Day

Finally got a day in the shop. Prepared a few blanks Wednesday night, and had Thursday in the shop.

Three Bolt Action pen. These are the first I have done.

Gold Bolt Action with Antler Pieces blank from Eric Beuker (Buzzzz4).


Black Bolt Action with Deer Antler. Managed to keep some bark showing.


Chrome Bolt Action with Briar. I got this small piece of Briar from a piper maker.


Black Chrome Cigar with "Mutagenics" blank from Woodturningz.


Gold Sierra with Eric's Antler Pieces blank.

I cast some bits blanks like that a good while back. Maybe I should try and turn one.

All of your pens came out looking great!!! Two of my favorites are the briar wood pen & the black bolt action with the bark showing on the antler.
