I bought that set from Harbor Freight and I'm happy with them. They are definitely not the best drill bits ever, but they still do make a round hole through the middle of a pen blank. It has also been great being able to make any kit that I want (other than the full sized kits that require bits bigger than 1/2 inch.) This looks like a good deal for a hobbyist turner.

Alot of the Chinese drill sets are decent, Not CNC quality or for hard work but for pen making and light around the house jobs they work fine.

I bought the Harbor Freight set several years ago and still use it. I've replaced several sizes but most are still the same.
