I did my fist hybrid casting last week and turned a pen from the results. The blue is a bit too clear but I'm liking it so far!

Wonderful color and wood matching. Did you cast the blank yourself? I also like the Black T finish.
Did you paint the inside of the blank? I believe that is one of many ways to address the see through colors.

@Manny Yes, I did cast that set of blanks. The first blank I had for this pen was back painted white but it had a bad experience with my skew. I didn't have time to back paint another one so I left this one the way it was.
