faux-stone? yunstone?

Can anyone clarify if faux-stone is the same as yunstone? Specifically, I am curious as to the country of origin.

I'm pretty sure that faux-stone, yunstone, and trustone all come from different places/sources ...

I recently learned that Trustone has components that come from Germany.
