All I'd really like to send a shout out to Curtis (MesquiteMan) at TurnTex. I ordered a Large Stabilizing system earlier this year and often had trouble getting the top to seal. While running the system 2 weeks ago I heard a "pop" and could not draw full vacuum. A call to Curtis quickly identified the issue with the lid. Since my original order he has redesigned the lid and shipped me a replacement at no cost to me. The new lid design is great - pulls full vacuum first time every time.
Ordered Online but have talked to Curtis several times by phone.
Would definitely recommend to a friend and will continue to buy from him.
