Koa Core, Maple and Padauk inlays, Black and White Thick Veneers and Ebony Rings and Endcaps.

Thicknesses:
Maple and Padauk Inlays - .125"
Veneers - .03" (each)
Ebony Rings and Endcaps - .0625"

Key discovery for me; Ebony is brittle as an endcap at these dimensions.

Classy looking pen and precision is spot on. Colors go very with each other and compliments the pen components too. Well done.👍

Indeed ..... VERY NICE indeed !!!!

Entirely consistent with what we have come to expect of you, Mark !!!!

You are going to have trouble raising the bar much higher !!! . :) :) :) :)

I like knowing the sizes/thicknesses also .... thanks for those !!!

I'm hoping this will be nicer - Or at least interesting. After the rings are cut, sandwiched with white veneer, the grey section should be completely encased by a white 'window.' This will have to wait until next week as life is calling again.

Darn. Ya snuck this one in when I was off-line and now I can't think of anything that others haven't already said. Oh well saves me from correcting typing errors. I'd say you have outdone yourself but I know better. Really nice work and look forward to seeing the one in progress.

Your segments look good, your pencil marks are off a little bit. Better work on that 😉
There's always a ringer in the peanut gallery! 🤣 . But yes, a tad off. I think the final punch spot was centered; the final turning will be the test (as you know). Keep me honest Ken, I appreciate and welcome your friendly critique. ;);)
