Marinated overnight, patted dry, put on a pepper rub, smoked 6 hours, mopped every 30-45 minutes, then cooked for 2 hours. I nearly lost a few fingers getting the last little bit of beef off them bones.

I could smell them all the way to Crane ---- Less than 20 miles the way the crow flies.

I guess I missed the meal?

I don't know that you missed it. As soon as the dog comes back from burying this, I'll see if there's any bones left. I had no idea Crane was on the IAP map. I have more relation there than I am proud to mention. If I can ask for forgiveness in advance, I grew up around Jenkins.

I'm lickin' my lips right now. Posting pics of this is wrong on so many levels.

Of course, I did it with my bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin earlier this year here on the IAP, but I got to eat all I wanted and I cannot do that when YOU post a pic!

Wait a minute. You need an inspector for all this trading of ribs and tenderloin. I volunteer for that job.
