About 2 weeks ago my mother told me that she had ordered a $100 gift card from exotics. 10 days later i had not received it, and was getting worried. i emailed them to let them know of what had happened. the next day i had an email from Dawn apologizing for the mix-up even though it was the post offices fault. also in that email was the code for the gift card. i was able to place my order, and everything work perfectly! on top of that, my wife just emailed me, and told me that my order had arrived a couple of days ago, and is waiting on me once i get back from being out to sea! great customer service! thank you so much!
