I placed an order for some ink and nibs from Exotic Blanks on November 15th, just after noon Eastern Time. The online order form uses an estimated shipping cost with a promise to refund anything over actual cost.
By that afternoon my box was packaged, mailed, my shipping overage was refunded and I had a personal email explaining the shipping refund as well as an official refund reciept.
My package arrived this afternoon (6 days later), with everything well packaged and intact.

I will definitely be ordering from them again.

These folks are prompt with shipping and they are a pleasure to do business with. I've placed a few orders with them and they have great customer service. I wish more retailers were like this!

They also are more than willing to give advice if a project isn't working out … I would not have finished a wedding set (on time) if Ed had not spent 45 min on the phone with me … great people to deal with.
