In an era of decreasing customer service, I just wanted to take a minute to praise Ed and Dawn at Exoticblanks!

I saw their add yesterday, and the gator blanks caught my attention.

I went to the site, found the blanks (plus a few more that I "needed"), and placed the order.

Within just a few minutes, I had an email confirming that my order had been shipped. A short while later, I got another one with the USPS tracking/shipment number.

It's refreshing to see processing of an order happen this fast! Customer service like this earns my loyalty. Ed and Dawn, thank you for running a tight ship. Exoticblanks will always be my first stop when I'm needing turning supplies!

Ed and Dawn have always provided me with great service and good prices. I also like the freebies. I met Ed in Jacksonville a few years back and found out he could also turn a pretty good pen.
