Placed an order with Exotics recently and of course received it in a few short days. I went to assemble one of the kits I received and found a problem with one of the parts during assembly. A quick message to Ed, (and an even quicker response back) and a replacement would be sent out, no questions asked. Initially Ed forgot about mailing out the replacement, but took the time to send me a message that he did forget and it was going in the mail that day. It's customer service like this that will keep me ordering from Ed and Dawn every chance I get, thanks again.
