I can only see a small picture of the blanks, there doesn't seem to be a way to enlarge the pic. I wonder if this is an issue with the new service, or if it's an issue with me and my computer skills being what they are?

This looks like neither. It looks like the poster uploaded just a tiny thumbnail as the image. With a file size of 2.7k as the main clue to that.
