I'm a little late posting this(wife had some surgery) but a couple weeks back I needed a special blank for a customer's pen "upgrade"(more on it in a later post). The item showed out-of-stock so I left my email for notification of re-stock. However, I wanted to give my customer some idea of lead-time so PM'd Ed to get some idea of when it would be restocked. The item was Italian I believe and Ed indicated that he was having problems with that particular vendor and getting re-stocks but that he did have 26 units on hand(probably holding them for a clearance sale:wink: I suspect). Anyway he asked how many I needed and I said only two(one for backup) and he said he would have them out to me the next day. Sure enough a few days later I had them in my hand, now that is hard to beat and very "exotic-customer-service.:cool:
