I recently ordered a bunch of kits, blanks and other stuff from exotics. They shipped it within a couple days, even when they both are sick! They accidently left out 2 blanks. I pm ed, and it was here in 2 days!
He also sent me a whole pack of 6 blocks of acrylic for free!!!
That's what i call customer service!

Sort of like when my order gets messed up in a restaurant. I'm more focused on how they can fix it, not the initial mistake. If they make good on it, I act as if it never happened.

The quality of a business is not determined by whether or not they screw up. Everybody screws up sometimes. It's how you recover that really determine the winners. You, sir, are a winner.

I couldn't have said it better myself. With Ed & Dawn there is always that personal touch that pushes them to the top.

That certainly sounds like great service to me. No wonder exotic have such a great name and people like myself have no trouble recomending them.
