Cheers to Ed and Dawn, I visited his warehouse and shop Yesterday and Ed spent about two hours showing me around and Dawn even offered me Lunch, they have made me a customer for whatever I need from now on!!!

Will pitch in here, and concur. Great service from Ed and Dawn.
I have also had some great service from Ernie at BearToothWoods, and Ryan at WoodTurningz. All three of these places are excellent. There is actually another that I've had great service from on a consistent basis...drawing a blank on the name right now.
