Placed an order late Tuesday for pens/blanks/parts from at least 4 different lines (CSUSA, PSI, etc), after the order was placed, I remembered I needed two more blanks, then early the next day (Wednesday), I discovered a faulty Aero transmission from a kit a bought months ago. Wrote to Ed via email if he can somehow get it in the order. By 1pm today, I received all. Reading my own packaging slip gave me a headache.
I do buy from others (we have quite a collection of excellent suppliers here) , but I want to acknowledge excellent customer service and the convenience of finding everything in one place at very fair prices.
If I saw my number come up on the other end of the phone...I am not sure if I would answer it given all of the "I forgots" and "Can you add this and that's".
