Needed a special order for a customer. He wanted a pen made out of a rare wood. Ed sold me a horse chestnut blank from a tree that George Washington planted. Once the customer realized that Ed would be including a Certificate of Authenticity, he definately wanted the pen. Ed did not have either drill bit in stock on his website when I placed my order. He made sure that the drill bits needed was included in my order at no additional charge. He also included some freebies that I will be trying out soon. No delay either on this order. It was shipped & here before I knew it.
