I placed an order 2 days ago and got an email today from Ed saying that they did not have the drill bit I need in stock. So he sent me a refund for the bit and included one of HIS OWN bits that he used only once. FREE OF CHARGE. This is some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Thank you Ed keep up the good work. P.S. I will put the drill bit to good use:biggrin:
