Thanks to Ed and Dawn again!!! I could not find the spare tubes for a kit on their website and asked if they had them please add them to my order. They sent me a 5 extra tubes at no charge and I still got M&Ms.

They are the absolute best and that's why I keep ordering from them.

Amen!! Ed took time to drive down for the Chicagoland meeting today, delivering a small order for me that otherwise would have had to ship via UPS instead of USPS. Saved me enough on shipping to cover my cost to get to the meeting. And...he still hustled back up to Wisconsin to get today's orders out in the mail.

Demonstrated not just good customer service, but also devotion to the IAP to come down to host today's meeting since Mark Dreyer could not be there. Awesome!!
