Ordered pens from Bear Tooth Woods ( clicks )
Tubes I had premade blanks for were too long, do I cut ink stem or return kits?
Mr. Ernie said return them, dont make your customers have problems with refills. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE...... knowing I could return them made me keep them and I just ordered the kits I should of bought from the get go. Your service rocks Mr. Ernie !!!
