Euro /Designer kits

I am looking to purchase around 50-60 Euro/Designer pen kits. A lot of vendors carry them and prices really vary. As I give completed pens to various fundraisers I want to keep the price reasonable. Where would you purchase them?

I just got some kits from www.a1penkits.com, they are out of austrailia but i have had great luck with their shipping times being arounnd 3 days. the kits seem to be of good quality and their prices are hard to beat.
