ER20 collet chuck

I happened upon a set of 12 collets in ER20. Unfortunately they did not come with a chuck/holder. I'm looking for one....probably the axminster junior that CSUSA used to sell, threaded at 1"x8"TPI. I cannot find anyone that just sells the chuck.

If I cannot find one, I am willing to trade or sell the collets.
