Engraving Aesthetics Question

I have a maple comfort style pen I made on request with a Hut Army Logo clip. The buyer wants it engraved for her daughter: "Master Sergeant" and "First Name Last Name"

What would you put on which blank? Name on top section, rank on bottom. Or vice versa?

I would put both on the top barrel. Master Sergeant XXXXX XXXXX should be shown as
Name
Master Sergeant U.S.A. (USA stands for US Army)
That's the proper way to do it.
