Enduro Experts?

I've been experimenting with Enduro following Wayne's instrutions, and have a few issues.
First, the gloss topcoat just doesn't seem to build. Three or four coats, i still sand thru. This is starting at 3500 MM, sanding very lightly after a 24 hr cure.

Next, I tried dipping. Nice build, but tiny defects, almost like small fisheys.They are throughout the finish, so again I end up sanding thru the finish trying to remove the defects.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While I agree on not much build, I do not get much problems with sand through. I sand very lightly.
