Endgrain Center Band

Hoping to put faces to names at MAPG this weekend.

3d printed bandsaw sled for center band blanks
This jig slides over my bandsaw blade and cuts centerband blanks a little thicker than 0.25".
(3d *.obj file attached)

I drill and trim these squares before using as centerbands.

What I like about the jig is there's no setup and the pieces fall away so I can cut a bunch in a row.

I took a file to the sled and trench to make sure they slid smoothly

The two pieces print in a pretty small footprint.
