This is an Elegant Monarch pen in Galaxy Blue from Turners Warehouse. The blank is a Diamondcast called Andromeda, also from TW. The blank is spectacular. At first I wasn't sure about the blank with the blue pen components, since the shades of blue are so different. It almost clashes. But now, I think I like the contrast.
