Elegant American, Chrome plating made with Kingwood from Big Rob. Note the Blackwood accent ring. The clip and nib bushings are very close together in diameter [:I] Finish is 2 coats of WB Lacquer and TSW.

Ah, I am really getting to like Kingwood. Bruce is right, that blackwood really does accent the dark grain lines well. Great job.

Thanks for the replies. I like this kit a lot. It's not difficult to turn, it's well balanced and uses a Parker refill. On the down side the edges on the CB could be a little less sharp. I'd like to see more choices in platings; it's only available in chrome and gold tn.

edit: my mistake, it's also available in upgrade gold
