Has anyone converted the AS El Grande or Churchill to a pencil? They have the same nib ends as the Olympian which I have been unsuccessful in converting.

There is a ballpoint version of the El Grande which will accept the same pencil mechanism as the Perfect Fit. The Churchill is either a roller ball or fountain pen with no twist mechanism so how would you envision advancing the lead?
