Andrew_K99 Member Joined Feb 17, 2011 Messages 1,571 Location Waterdown, ON, Canada Dec 12, 2012 #2 I start wet sanding with 600 (occasionally 400), then 1000 and 1500 and finally buff. I find it finishes better and easier than most acrylic blanks. Just don't let it get hot! AK
