Hi all,
Been a while since I didn't add any pictures of of new pens.
I made a small stock, more to come.
The swirl pens are from OMAS acrylic with ebonite section. The black one is only black ebonite.
Enjoy the rest of the day
Teo

Buffing is the last step.
Try to find Luxor paste.
The most important steps are the preparations.
Sand on lathe up to 800, start at 180 if you have the need if not jump to 400-600-800.
Do not force follow these pen curve, use lubricant with water.
From 800 you neeeed to sand also lengthwise after circular sanding, continue with 1000-1500-2000-2500
After 2500 you can start buffing, start with white and finish with orange,LUXOR paste.
I hope it helps, you need a lot of patience, don't speed up.
