I use "Bic" refills in mine and they sell like hotcakes.
I also "throw in" a couple if it helps me to close a larger sale.

Yes the pen is just the in sides of a BIC pen, I have yet to start selling, all my work so far is for gifts, family and friends. but the more I learn here the more I am thinking of selling
