CA cures with moisture so it would have to be dry, but I doubt it will work.

It won't . This has been discussed several times and the consensus is that there is no dye or pigment that won't cause a reaction with the CA .

2p10 made a kit to dye ca i found it caused it to set up rather quickly. i wasn't all that happy with it.

I add a little paint to my epoxy when I do acrylic blanks. Works very well.

I have dyed, stained, added paint as well as shavings to epoxy no problems as long as you do not over do it
