I posted a couple of messages detailing the evolution of this homemade, 3d printed jig I use to drill holes at incremented angles in wood center bands and blanks.
It's been fun to make and work with.
My post- Part 1
My post- Part 2
If you would like to print one yourself I'm attaching the geometry file with some instructions below.
If you don't have access to 3d printing capabilities I have a few extras I can mail out... if you pay shipping or make a donation to a suggested charity.

If you'd like one:
Reach out to me. Once they're gone I may post a note in this thread.

Printing Yourself?
See attached zipped file (CenterJigV2.ziop) for an obj file.
In case it's helpful, here are the cura settings I used.
The print took 9.5 hours (despite the 7.5 hours cura estimated).

1. There are four "landmine" looking discs. The two taller ones with the holes in their backs are the adapters and can be placed directly into the caddy holder.
i23.jpg

2. The other two discs should be CA glued to the two 30 and 45 degree guides.

3. The "stool" can be stored in the back of the caddy.

4. Rock-n-roll.

I've been playing around on sketchup and getting some things printed up. So much fun!

Ghost rider, the pattern is full
Thanks for the strong response! I'm pretty excited to share this idea and appreciate the enthusiasm it's generated.
It's going to take me a bit to fulfill these requests so I'm going to close down the offer to print.
However, thanks to Darrin for suggesting I donate one to the Birthday Bash. Mredburn has worked it into the LT prize drawing. Great idea!
Best,
Cullen

PS- If you PM'ed me you should have received a response. If you have not received a response, please reach out again.

Three Updates:
1. First Batch has been mailed

If all goes well the rest will be in the mail this weekend. Phew!

2. Simplified Jig file available
I received feedback from someone with a 3d printer that the model is too large for their print bed, so I'm attaching a simplified version that includes the entire jig but not the caddy, which only serves to store the jig pieces. (See attached zip file.)

3. Short video for those using or printing the jig
I put together an overview video. It's the first video I'm posting so let's see if it works. Also, I suspect I'm over-explaining things to people way smarter than myself.

Best,
Cullen
