Just looking at the CSUSA site and saw this featured. Has anyone tried it yet? Results?

After turning 20 black acrylic pens in the last couple of days in a cold one-car pen studio, a water-free polishing process sounds good to me.

Didn't know what it was until I went and looked.....

From the description, I would say it is somewhat similar to EEE polish(but a little better?). For PR/acrylics I would suggest something more along the lines of MacGuire's PlastixPolish.....just my opinion.

I've used it - - - on wood, but not on plastic.

One of the things that I've been making recently is nostepinne - spindles used to wind yarn into balls. Because yarn is 'hairy', a nostepinne must be very smooth. So I sand to 1000 grit, burnish with a white Scotchbrite pad, and then use Dr. Kirk's polishing wax to take the shine further. The final finish is a mixture of wax and shellac (similar to Shellawax) and leaves the nostepinne with a surface that is as smooth as glass, but without the hard plasticky feel of CA.
