Douglas & Sturgess info number

I tried to call Douglas & Sturgess for some info on their pigments but I guess the "1-888-artstuf" toll free number doesn't work from Canada. Says it's not in service. The 1-888 number is the only number on their site. Does anyone know if there is a regular number (with area code) I can call for info??
