Double edged Safety Razors

I got to my shop at 8:00 today after a relaxing Sunday morning. I am posting these at around 9:15. Here's how:

Flush sand ends (disc sander/Rick Herrell jig)
Turn bodies (TBC of course)
Sand with 400 grit paper and maroon, gray and white 3M pads
Clean with DNA
Apply 14 coats of CA (4-5 cps and 12-50 cps)
Sand with 400 grit paper and maroon, gray and white 3M pads
Buff on the Beale buff
Clean
Assemble
Photograph

We have a new neighbor so a welcome party for many residents on our street is planned for this afternoon. Shop time limited today.
