Had a show this past week end , busy and had very good sales. Windy the second day , pulled the top off the tent and sat in the sun , but didnt fight the wind .
Check e mails on monday , was one asking if I knew the burl wood on the pen that was sold, you know I also got the computer board pen........
Dont you just love that first thing on a monday , Lucky for be I only sold one retro with buckeye burl. And he didnt have to send a picture.

On the bright side though, they did buy two pens! I'll take the customer who buys and then emails on monday over the the customer who asks during the show but doesn't buy.
 
People Hate to buy but they Love to own,If they felt comfortable enough to contact you on Mon. than you did a good job with them on the weekend. They will talk about the pens
The trick is to get them to talk about WHERE they got them from.
THIS IS YOUR CHANCE,and yea it does get kinda weird when a customer expects you to remember them like they were your only sale that day but if you treat them that way,they will come back
