When I first started penturning, I ambitiously (with the help of a friend) cut up about 120 blanks worth of wood. I'm offloading some of these because there's nothing wrong with them and they were great woods to learn the craft on.
Pack of 21 blanks for $20 shipped (Small flat rate box).
(9 walnut, 2 oak, 3 cherry, 2-3 ash, 1-2 maple, 2-3 red cedar per pack).
I have 6 packs total. (I'll keep a tally in the messages in case people are interested)
All blanks are standard sized (3/4 x 3/4 x 5), completely dried and crack-free.
Thanks,
Cale
The cherry in these batches has a beautiful bit of figure. The cedar provides a great chance to practice on some softer, temperamental wood.
(NOTE: If you're new to turning, you probably know that blanks are a few bucks per so if you're looking to practice, don't waste your money on buying them retail.)
