This is one I made years ago. Same flat top and very similar center band. I confirmed it's from Berea.

It also looks a lot like the Classic Twist kits from The Woodturning Store, maybe in Gunmetal, or perhaps Black Titanium, but the exact colors in the band and tip don't seem to match up very well. The Flat Top American Twist from Berea is more likely. They made several plating variants they called Hybrids.
