do you take cream with your coffee?

This is a coffee blank from woodturningz. First one ive done, and really the first material ive worked other than wood. My wife had this one claimed even before i had it off the lathe. The "sierra" kit is from woodturningz too. This is all for now, this one was the last one i finished up from this weekend.

A real Bute. I have been wondering, does it smell like fresh ground cofee when being turned? If so, that blank could be addictive. That kit and blank go real good together.

I have cast the beans myself and turned them. They are wonderful while turning. I sold a pair with some ca glue to finish and she just loves to smell them.

yup it sure does smell like coffee when youre turning it. not so much after putting the ca finish on, but its still cool. one of my favorites that ive done.
