the fit was perfect before turning on the ribbon but once I got a little off I noticed there was a small gap. it gives a little character around the edges.





I used my favorite method of burnishing on the templar cross and I like the result.




This is a gift for my uncle. He's been a pilot for the better part of 30 years.

I think you have to pay extra for the shadow effect on the first ribbon!!! That is an effect you may want to keep :wink:

I was bummed at first and my dad was like oh cool it's a shadow effect. all I see is void. We are our own best/worst critics I guess.
