Different ink inserts

I am wondering if i can change inserts. From a twist pen to a gel or rollerball

You can interchange a Parker-style ball point with a Parker-style -gel - not a roller ball.

Parker style refills do not thread in. Cross style refills do but there are not many options when it comes to a cross refill. What style of "twist pen" are you making?

What style of pens do the parker fit. Sorry. I know there are a lot of pens and i dont know the styles

Most any ballpoint except the 7mm slimline variety. The info for each kit pn vendor sites should tell if the inkfill is a cross style or a parker style.

23/64 and 8mm are close to the minimum diameter to accommodate a parker style refill - just as Don stated. The kit instructions will tell you.
