I've never bought from them, but their feedback % looks good for what that is worth.

FWIW, if you go through and read some of the feedback, you discover that the refills are shipped from Poland. I assume that's where they're made, but who knows. I don't know if that says anything at all about quality, but it is the case.

I have purchased from this guy,
apparently the ink Cartridges are from Germany.

He ships very promptly, and I have not have any issues with the ink.
