So, what about using the "real thing" and make "true" cigar pens...???
Have you ever heard of Cactus Juice...???:wink::biggrin: I bettcha you know what I'm talking about, STABILIZING is the name of the mystery.
I never had real cigars/tobacco wrapped leafs to try stabilizing and pen pen blanks out of but, I reckon, it can be done, send the cigars to me and I will tell you how good they will come out, you maybe even get a few back stabilized..!:wink:

I know some one who was asked to make a cast pen out of something unusual, he asked the customer what he would like and was told "make it out of anything
dog crap if you want" guess what he got?? YEP dog crap, took about 3 months to dry and cast.
